HEXA App Terms of Use

These terms apply to the HEXA Control app ("the app") made by Hexa Lighting Pty Ltd ("HEXA", "we"). By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

  • The app controls HEXA RGBW lighting with a compatible Bluetooth controller. Other lights or controllers may not work.
  • Only one phone or app can connect to a controller at a time. Close other lighting apps before using HEXA Control.
  • Strobe and fast flashing effects may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy. Use them with care.

Your account

  • Keep your sign in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab.
  • We may suspend accounts that misuse the app or try to interfere with it.

Deals and prices

Deals in the app come from hexalighting.com.au. The price and terms shown on the website at checkout apply. Offers can change or end without notice.

Warranty and your rights

The app is provided free of charge. Your HEXA lights are covered by the HEXA warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by app downtime, by a phone or controller that is not compatible, or by changes to third party services such as Google or Apple sign in.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we do, the date at the top of this page will change.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
