1. Are HEXA Lights difficult to install?
Easy plug-and-play installation. Each lighting package comes with included instructions.
2. Does HEXA Lighting need a transformer?
No. HEXA Lights are designed to be connected directly to your 220-240V AC lighting circuit, As each LED Lighting tube has its own built in transformer.
3. Is it possible to combine HEXA lighting sets?
No, joining separate systems are not permitted. Please email us for custom designs.
4. Do the lights change colour?
Yes, our RGB Collection provides colour changing light.
5. Are the lights dimmable?
Our Hexagon Luminaires are non-dimmable.
6. Will it add to my energy bill?
No- Not only do our HEXA LED Lights consume less energy, but the LED tubes also use energy more efficiently, which saves a lot of money!
7. How can I mount the HEXA Lighting to a ceiling or wall?
Use the holes provided in each connect bracket to fix the lighting grid to a ceiling or wall. Depending on the surface you are fixing you, you may need to install wall anchors or similar beforehand.
Each lighting system can also be drop hung from the ceiling. Use the same mounting hole in each connector bracket to mount it to a ceiling hanger. Use a ceiling hanger that is suitable for the weight and application. Ceiling hangers or similar substitutes can be purchased from your local building hardware supplier.
