Every HEXA product starts life as an Australian engineering brief. We control thermal design, optical specs, and component selection from the ground up, not from a catalogue.
We manufacture our own products. No rebadged imports, no third-party supply chain surprises. We know exactly what is inside every fixture, so we can back it for 7 full years.
We specify only premium-grade LED chips and drivers engineered for longevity far beyond rated life. Our products are designed to outlast and outperform. That is the engineering brief, not the marketing.

Contact us first
Email sales@hexalighting.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video of the fault.
Return for assessment
Return the product to our Sydney head office with your purchase receipts. If you bought through a wholesaler, they will forward it to us on your behalf for testing.
Replacement dispatched
If the product is confirmed defective under warranty, we dispatch a brand-new replacement: same product, same specs, no compromise.
Exceeding recommended daily usage may void warranty. Contact us to discuss upgrade options for high-duty or continuous applications.
