Warranty Coverage

At Hexa Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our entire product range with a direct replacement warranty. Should a product fail within its warranty period, we will supply a brand-new replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

  • Hexagon Luminaires: 7-year warranty for residential installations, and 5-year warranty for commercial applications.
  • General lighting products: Covered by a 7-year warranty across both residential and commercial installations.
Up to $20M Insurance Coverage
All HEXA Lighting products are supported by full product and public liability insurance - for complete peace of mind.

How to Claim a Replacement

Send us your details first - we’ll confirm the next steps.

    Contact us first
    Email sales@hexalighting.com.au with your invoice/order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the fault.
  2. 2
    Return for assessment
    Once we confirm next steps, return the defective product to our Head Office (or via the original wholesaler you purchased from) together with all receipts for purchase and installation. If purchased via a wholesaler, they will forward the product to us for testing.
  3. 3
    Replacement outcome
    If the product is found to be defective according to the terms of the warranty, we will replace it.

Daily usage guidance to protect long-term performance and keep warranty coverage valid.

Residential
Recommended daily usage up to 8 hours.
Commercial
Recommended daily usage up to 16 hours.
Please note – If a product exceeds the recommended daily usage please contact our sales and technical department to discuss optional upgrades. If the recommended daily usage for a HEXA Lighting product is exceeded, warranty may become void.
