Warranty Coverage
At Hexa Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our entire product range with a direct replacement warranty. Should a product fail within its warranty period, we will supply a brand-new replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Hexagon Luminaires: 7-year warranty for residential installations, and 5-year warranty for commercial applications.
- General lighting products: Covered by a 7-year warranty across both residential and commercial installations.
How to Claim a Replacement

Contact us firstEmail sales@hexalighting.com.au with your invoice/order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the fault.

Return for assessmentOnce we confirm next steps, return the defective product to our Head Office (or via the original wholesaler you purchased from) together with all receipts for purchase and installation. If purchased via a wholesaler, they will forward the product to us for testing.

Replacement outcomeIf the product is found to be defective according to the terms of the warranty, we will replace it.
