Direct Replacement Warranty and Insurance
At Hexa Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our entire product range with a direct replacement warranty. Should a product fail within its warranty period, we will supply a brand-new replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Hexagon Luminaires: Backed by a 7-year warranty for residential installations and a 5-year warranty for commercial applications.
- General lighting products: Covered by a 7-year warranty across both residential and commercial installations.
In addition, all Hexa Lighting products are supported by full product and public liability insurance of up to $20 million, giving our customers complete peace of mind.
To claim your replacement product, please contact us first at sales@hexalighting.com.au. Include your invoice/order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the fault.
Once we confirm next steps, return the defective product to our Head Office (or via the original wholesaler you purchased from) together with all receipts for purchase and installation. The wholesaler will forward the product to us for testing. If we find it to be defective according to the terms of the warranty, we will replace it.
