Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Most orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.

During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 business days, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

If you require urgent dispatch, please contact us and we will prioritise your order.

We use express courier services for most orders.

Estimated delivery times:

• NSW / VIC / QLD metro: 1-2 business days
  
• SA / ACT / TAS: 2-3 business days
  
• WA / NT / regional areas: 2-4 business days
  

Most Australian orders arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD within Australia.

Shipping insurance is optional and available at checkout.

For purchases made outside of Australia:

We are not responsible for any government charges in the destination country.
This may include taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, or import charges.
