Warranty Claims

Our lighting products carry a 5-7 year warranty (7 years domestic, 5 years commercial). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is a replacement warranty. Installation costs are not included.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by unprofessional installation, product modification, misuse, short circuits, or improper treatment. Proof of purchase and a licensed electrician invoice are required for all claims.

Return postage for warranty claims is covered by the customer.

To lodge a warranty claim, email sales@hexalighting.com.au with your name, order number, contact details, and photos of the fault.

Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Wrong item received? We will process a free exchange for the correct item or arrange a full refund. Just email us with your order number.

Please note: Afterpay, PayPal and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Used products cannot be returned.

The following items are excluded from our 30-day return policy:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order configurations
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Any product that has been installed or used

To request a return or refund, email sales@hexalighting.com.au with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Contact details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable

We will evaluate your request as soon as practicable and respond with next steps.
