Delete Your HEXA App Account

You can delete the account you use in the HEXA Lighting app (made by Hexa Lighting Pty Ltd) at any time. You don't need to contact us to do it.
Delete it in the app
- Open the HEXA Lighting app and sign in.
- Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Your HEXA account.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.
If you signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign out and sign in again first. That is a security check. Sign back in, then tap Delete account again.
Can't open the app?
Email sales@hexalighting.com.au from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my HEXA app account". We will delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your app account: name, email address and account ID.
- Every design, scene, favourite effect and saved colour stored on your account.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Lights saved on your phone stay on that phone until you remove them or delete the app.
What is not deleted
Your app account is separate from orders on hexalighting.com.au. Orders, invoices and warranty records are kept as required by Australian tax and consumer law. To ask about that information, see our website privacy policy or email us.
